The starting material is certified and one italian origin.

Each Sheave 10 grooves that we realize, undergoes a heat hardening treatments by induction for greater wear resistance.

During the working cycle, the Sheaves 10 grooves have strict non-destructive testing, as ultrasound inspections and penetrant tests.

To ensure the final suitability of all the products, after every single processing we perform strict dimensional inspections.

All mechanical processes are performed at our factory.
