Mud pump piston assembly is the important spare parts and expendable parts of oil drilling mud pumps.
We can offer a full line of pistons assembly for duplex and triplex mud pumps. All types are fully interchangeable with API standard designed pistons and deliver maximum performance in almost all drilling conditions.
 
Material:
Piston hub: 45# steel or 40Cr with hardening and tempering

Piston Classification:
1. Bonded piston: one piece bonded constructed piston
Vulcanizing piston cup on piston hub directly, and don’t need press plate and snap spring to fix.
 
2. Replaceable piston:
can remove the piston cup, and the pistons are fixed by press plate and snap ring.
 
Someone also distinguish the pistons by single acting piston and double acting piston.
