Each Motor Sprocket is made with high strength and toughness steel, heat treated to give the product excellent quality, durability and reliability in use.

The starting material is certified and one Italian origin.

Each Motor Sprocket that we realize, undergoes a heat hardening treatments by induction for greater wear resistance.

During the working cycle, the Motor Sprockets have strict non-destructive testing, as ultrasound inspections and penetrant tests.

To ensure the final suitability of all the products, after every single processing we perform strict dimensional inspections.

All mechanical processes are performed at our factory.
